What we collect on the waitlist
Your email, your postcode, the room you want designed first, your rough budget, your confirmation that you are 18 or older, and who invited you (if anyone). We do not collect room photos on the waitlist.
Why we collect it
To hold your place in the queue, email you when your invite is ready, and understand demand by area and budget so we launch with the right stores.
Your room photos, after launch
When the app launches, room scans and photos stay private to your account. We use them only to design and render your room. We remove location data from photos before they are uploaded. To make a render, we send your photo and the products in your design to our AI image provider [AI PROVIDER AND COUNTRY], which processes it for us and does not use it to train its models. We never sell them and never use them in marketing without your permission. You can delete them at any time.
Who we share it with
Only service providers who help us run Tayso™, such as email, hosting and AI image rendering, and only to do that work for us. We never sell your personal information.
Where it is stored
